Counsel and Strategic Advisory for Irish Company’s Expansion to US
An Irish craft brewery retained RBG Global to develop and execute a strategy for its expansion into the US market. The company’s investment in the US focuses on establishing a brewpub, importing its bottled beer products, and distributing them throughout the US.
After an initial discussion to learn about the company’s short and medium-term objectives, RBG Global outlined the competitive landscape in the US and developed a roadmap for securing a location and launching the business. RBG Global explained the tax burden and professional liabilities under the different investment vehicles and advised the client on selecting the optimal method of entry into the US market.
